200g of flour (preferably samovoshodyaschey)
150g sugar (the next time subtracting to 120g)
1st.l.
honey 2 eggs
200ml 0.1% of natural yoghurt 2 tsp
baking powder
+ 5 rings of pineapple, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1.5 tbsp water.
1. Cut the pineapple rings on the thickness of about 1cm.
2. heat 2 tablespoons sugar with 1.5 tablespoon water.
3. When sugar dissolves, add the pineapple, leaving a few minutes.
4. Beat eggs with sugar and honey, add the flour and baking powder and mix until smooth.
5. add yogurt, mix.
6. put caramelized pineapple on the bottom of a lightly greased baking dish (21-24cm, I had an oval), add the resulting dough.
7. bake at 30-170S 40minut; to cool slightly, then turn the cake onto a plate.
